And that’s the most frustrating thing about depression. It isn’t always something you can fight back against with hope. It isn’t even something — it’s nothing. And you can’t combat nothing. You can’t fill it up. You can’t cover it. It’s just there, pulling the meaning out of everything. That being the case, all the hopeful, proactive solutions start to sound completely insane in contrast to the scope of the problem.
It would be like having a bunch of dead fish, but no one around you will acknowledge that the fish are dead. Instead, they offer to help you look for the fish or try to help you figure out why they disappeared. (x)

Friendly reminder that adding “White” in front of gays doesn’t hide your homophobia at all.
Seriously: You’re stereotyping a lot of people based on a minority of a minority of the population. With any other group, that would be racism, homophobia, transphobia, or sexism. Still the same thing based on sexuality.
I added “White” because “White” gays are the gays that do this and they get away with it 90% of the time because they are “White” so if you have a problem with me calling out “White” gays I suggest you build a better case. White gays will get no sympathy from me when they have the least worries when it comes to gay minorities.
Making the plans.
The doubts in my mind are finally being erased.
